This week we have been celebrating the achievements of learners. Collaborating with Inspire Training Wales through the Jobs Growth Wales + programme to train young people in Health and Social Care, Early Years and Childcare.

The learners achieved the Agored Cymru Level 1 Health and Social Care, Childcare and Early Years, completing subjects including Health and Safety, Safeguarding, Communication, Child Development, Play and Roles and Responsibilities with the care sector.

The young people in the first cohort have secured a place in a local college to continue on a Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification and others have secured full-time jobs in local day nurseries in Swansea which will enable them to complete the Level 2 Childcare Play Learning and Development qualification.

Well done girls, you are amazing and proof that hard work, resilience and determination pays off!

Cohort 2 have just completed their training with Cohort 3 planned in January 2023.
