RT Training and Skills are going into its 4th month of business and what a 4 months it has been. We have been overwhelmed but not only from the support we have received from organisations and employers, but also from learners both past and present. It has been such a delight to welcome back learners from the past to undertake more training and guide them forward in their careers.
We have been busy developing a range of qualifications to support the Childcare and Health and Social Care sectors. We have been enjoying working with these organisations who provide exceptional services, in both the childcare and health and social care to meet their training needs. All our qualifications are accredited through Agored Cymru and are therefore recognised to be of a high standard. We also offer settings the option of a RT Certified CPD certificate.
The response to our online learning platform has been phenomenal and we have been extremely busy supporting learners to further their qualifications in this way, whilst still being able to fully support their individual learning requirements.
April of course brought Easter, and RT Training and skills were delighted to have been able to donate a large number, of Easter Eggs and other essential food items to the local food bank in Gowerton. We strongly believe both as a company, but also as individuals in giving back and doing what we can to help others. Foodbanks are an essential part of communities and in these difficult times they are more in need than ever before. If you feel like you can help by donating essential items, the Gowerton foodbank accepts donations every day in the L &N building on Sterry Road. Additionally, there are multiple other communities that have foodbanks so why not check out your community online and see where you could help.
Other exciting news
We are working with Careers Wales as a training provider to support individuals with their training needs. This is such an exciting opportunity for us at RT Training and Skills and being able to work in partnership with Careers Wales will allow us to open further learning opportunities for ALL!!!
We are also excited to be able to tell you that we have made strong links with Inspire Training, and Neath Business Centre. Both organisations are committed to offering training that is first class and this can either be delivered directly through them or outsourced by them to other worthy providers so watch this space. We feel privileged to have made these positive contacts and look forward to working alongside them.
Finally
RT Training and Skills cannot wait for the month of August, we have such exciting news to share with you. We can’t say too much right, now but keep on watching out on our social media and checking the website for updates. We shouldn’t be wishing the months away but needless to say we can’t wait for August to arrive.
